i've purchased this game from Google Play a few months back. installed it recently on Note 2. it runs fine on my phone. i dunno what you mean by lag. it is as smooth as i expect from a racing car. the screen dun pause or anything.
so maybe its either phone... or user. serious.
since we're on this topic... the only problem i seem to have with this game is that sometimes when i turn left... the car goes right instead... wonder if my phone's sensor has gone weird on me. but i've noticed my 3yo son being able to turn the car properly... maybe i'm not controlling it correctly... :S
