Thanks for sharing this. rclxms.gif
Guys, a bit out of topic here. Is the IP address for a device is unique? Means, is it like fixed?
Can't be modified?
Curious.

Computer or phone.. Is it like fixed?

IP address is determined by ISP, I would say 90% of the cases in Malaysia is dynamic IP means it changes every time it is disconnected.

MAC address? Same case?
*
Technically if you don't change it, then it stays the same.
I'm not sure how to change or if we can change Note II's MAC address though. smile.gif

This is a good read: http://pc.net/helpcenter/answers/changing_a_mac_address

Excellent will wait for your review.

But I'm quite satisfied with Hawkish. laugh.gif
Previous experience tells me that Monx didn't work well for me, it seems it works better with NEAK.
Unfortunately I'm using 64GB SD card so NEAK doesn't work on me...

i have a movies that sized at 2gb and try to transfer to the phone. it requested to auto convert it to be playable in the phone but the conversion rate is.. 2 freaking hours!

is there any software i can use to convert it first inside the pc and later on transfering into the phone?

* dropbox cant play movies after i put them in.
*
No need to convert, download MX Player and issue will be solved. It basically plays most of the video files. smile.gif

Why do u want to convert the video in the first place? The video is not playable?
Normally I just ignore the request and just copy the video.
*
Ya I ignore that message all the time. So long, I will be able to play them with MX Player.

Restarted my phone but helps nothing, first time encountering this...

Many here using RedPill Kenel. Ichy to try .Hmmm  hmm.gif

I prefer RedPill to Perseus. smile.gif
I had random shutdowns with Perseus but not on RedPill.
I believe both work the same so you just have to see which one suits you better. smile.gif

Just noticed one of my friends is also using Note II after my constant promotion on my FB. tongue.gif tongue.gif

Yesterday he met up with me and showed me his white Note II. laugh.gif

Then I took out and he is still on 4.1.1 and he has no idea how to update his phone... sweat.gif

So, I sort of gave him some tutorials yesterday and taught him all the tricks and etc. laugh.gif He is happy with the battery life, other than that he is not sure why he chose this over iPhone 5. tongue.gif

Then, other friends were asking me why I chose Note II over iPhone 5. I told them all the reasons and they went "Oh, didn't know Android is so flexible..." sweat.gif

The other friend was asking if he should get an iPhone 5 or S3, I told him S3 but let's wait for S4 which is coming out soon. He bought my idea and now waiting for S4. It seems like I have converted quite a number of them to be Android gang yesterday. laugh.gif
