HTC One got no external SD support. This is a big no no for some people that have lots of media.

SNote need TWframework which AOSP do not have. I used to use S2 TW app on AOSP by flashing the S2 twframework. Dunno if it will work on Note 2 or not. Go experiment but make a nandroid first. icon_rolleyes.gif
