However, I agree that it is not expected of anyone in that position to be able to police the threads without missing out on a few on-goings. That's why the appointed moderator(s) should be on site regularly enough and diligent enough to do what is necessary when necessary. Have you tried OpenPdroid or Pdroid? Any inclination to do so? Need some kind of setup to mod your rom from the binaries.

It's an app-permissions control framework, operates at the kernel level. Unfortunately you can't just "apk" it. You need some kind of setup on the PC to read your rom binaries, then it generates some apk for that specific rom version. A little bit involved.

u can just dl the official firmware for them and ask them to flash thru odin. Odin is just few hundred KBs and u can pass the firmware file to them via pendrive or sthg.

Not necessary china phone might wipe samsung off we never know. The spec now can fight most latest spec phone just some tweak and maybe add some budget can troll samsung and sell lower than samsung.

1 year ago china phones are crappy today their design and specification dont play play.

firstly raw material of plastic is petroleum, which comes from bangkai binatang (animal carcass).

of course there are many uses of plastics in the modern wall like tupperware, car accessories, etc.
so it also depends on what type of plastic used. in the case of samsung, the feeling is flimsy and cheap.

i'm one of those that appreciate the 'cheap' plastic. to me... it's strong enough to withstand drops without ending with dents. it is lightweight enough for me. many use a case with phones anyway... so, whether its plastic or gold... many will end up seeing the case and not the actual phone itself anyway.

even if one wants to give the phone a naked feel... one can still dress it up with carbon fiber 'stickers' from iDefense... or skinz from GadgetSkinz.

but seriously... i'm surprised mods are letting all these bashing going around without giving our vacation tickets.

Somehow I am curious about safety when using some custom rom from XDA . What I mean is some new user posting out some roms in the development forums. A bit paranoid to try out those. I usually only use rom from recognize dev and above status.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought you could change the counter to zero, zilch.. but Samsung still knows since they have an even secret counter in the Note 2.. Right?
