low voltage not stable means yr CPU isnt able to run that high lo. If u keep on pushing and run 24/7 then it will spoil easily. Js detune to 1.55V running at lower clock. Sometimes it will b more stable and less error. 100-200MHz doesnt bring u too much diffrence in speed, but means a lot in lifespan.

Well, if u got the $ to play then nvm lo, u can even try 1.7 or 1.8V.

During moderately hot afternoon, this is my full load result here


I think idle should be around 31-32C only.


System spec:

Opteron 144 CACJE 0607 APAW @ 9 * 300 (AUTO voltage)
Scythe Ninja FANLESS flex.gif

indirect blowing :
from 80mm 1500rpm fan placed below my CD drive.(shud b around 20cfm only).

casing airflow :
2x 1200rpm 120mm fan
