How tu FULLSCREEN iphone apps on ipad, WITHOUT jB

hi..currently im jb-ed my ipad but planning to un-jb and use it standard from apple..so,is there any legal apps functioning same like retinapad? double view with better resolution.. thanks in advanced.
p/s: i'm using ipad2..

tap the '2X' button not really full screen but that's the best you can get

Not that I know of. But really with RetinaPad the difference is huge especially for games.

RetinaPad will make 2x Zoom looks better, but I think it doesn't work for all apps though, and it is not free.
