Silica L-cysteine Collagen Type 1 & 3 Hylauronic acid supplements and creams Coenzyme Q10 and other antioxidant creams The preferred silica supplements are those from bamboo, with 70-80 percent. Horsetail only has 8 percent. http://www.iherb.com/p/8227 http://www.iherb.com/search?kw=HYALURONIC+CREAM&x=0&y=0#p=1 Neocell's and Dr's Best Collagen Types 1 & 3 are quite popular. Cheap. Some reviewers reported allegies and acne. http://www.iherb.com/Neocell-Super-Collage...3-7-oz-198-g/60 http://www.iherb.com/Doctor-s-Best-Best-Co...-oz-200-g/19109 This looks like a well formulated product : http://www.iherb.com/FutureBiotics-Omega-7...quid-Caps/14447 This also looks good, but one reviewer reported flushing, possibly due to niacin. http://www.iherb.com/Fembody-Nutrition-Hai...0-Tablets/43817 '' Deficiencies in silica increases with age. Silica deficiency is a factor with many degenerative conditions, mostly related to the structural and soft tissues of the body '' http://www.iherb.com/Harmonic-Innerprizes-...ggie-Caps/11202 This post has been edited by Tham: Feb 22 2014, 11:23 AM |

Add in silica. Take the form from bamboo, which is 70 to 80 percent silica. Nature's Best of UK, as well as Solaray, has it. https://www.naturesbest.co.uk/minerals/silica/silica-200mg/ The more common one from horsetail is only 8 percent. Lots on Iherb, Vitacost. Kordel's here had it at one time, but big hard tablets, difficult to swallow. The liquid silicic acid by Jarrows and other brands (Biosil) is also good, but expensive. Silica is vital not only to your skin, but your arteries, especially your aorta, as well, keeping them more soft and pliable. Otherwise they will harden with age, just like skin. For facial creams, try those with coenzyme Q10, astaxanthin, lipoic acid, vitamin C. Quite expensive. |
