I believe collagen (natural form from animal protein) is great for overall human body. But turning aged skin to young is a different story. I improved health a lot by lifestyle such as nutrition, workout, massage, mind control, etc. My skin tone is much better but still my wrinkles are there. Yet I dont care since I sleep like baby everyday, my energy level is consistent throughout the day. And I am happy.

QUOTE(Sophia1992 @ Oct 22 2020, 05:07 PM) Hi Just2centslah, Hi there,How often do you consume something like that? I have just read this article https://www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/collagen-supplements and not sure about the dosage. I also improved my health, but I don't like my skin condition, probably because of age Thanks. I don't take collagen peels or powder. I take collagen mostly from animal protein such as beef (usually New York strip), salmon, eggs, chicken. I used to do strict Keto diet for a few months, my skin was 100% cleared up during that time. Now I eat everything (yes, carbs too!) but I still eat good amount of animal protein everyday. Good skin (clean skin with a bit of glowing) is a sign of health. That's enough for now for me. Prolonged fasting is required to reverse aging but I prefer enjoying life day by day. Hopefully it helps. |
