without considering the surroundings, the condo location top notch, 3 km to pj old town, 5-10 km to everywhere in PJ, 5 km to Sunway/ Midvalley, Puchong is just across the river but have to travel 5km to cross over via kesas or OKR

passed by there recently, there are many illegally erected food stalls like 500 meters long, which inevitably invites many patrons who park and double park on what used to be a clear 4 lane roads (2 up and 2 down), i think that was 2 years ago from my last visit when there were only 1 or 2 stalls

now the flat residents see this, they also take advantage of this and park outside causing a huge bottleneck especially when buses stop to pick up passengers or lorries to unload their supplies to these stalls

and then you have the quality of the tenants on LC apartment..

pros:
close proximity to kl, pj
accessibility from npe or old klang road
freehold land

cons:
next to htc
next to klang river
surrounding low cost flats
car parks on main road, jam up the area
the demography there is mostly low income group
crime prone area

u can also check out on see the actual location itself.. dont take my word for it

got a few nearby with similar price and size, but they are not without its cons as well
