without considering the surroundings, the condo location top notch, 3 km to pj old town, 5-10 km to everywhere in PJ, 5 km to Sunway/ Midvalley, Puchong is just across the river but have to travel 5km to cross over via kesas or OKR

if they can only nuke the low cost flats surrounding it, this prj really bbb

passed by there recently, there are many illegally erected food stalls like 500 meters long, which inevitably invites many patrons who park and double park on what used to be a clear 4 lane roads (2 up and 2 down), i think that was 2 years ago from my last visit when there were only 1 or 2 stalls

now the flat residents see this, they also take advantage of this and park outside causing a huge bottleneck especially when buses stop to pick up passengers or lorries to unload their supplies to these stalls

and then you have the quality of the tenants on LC apartment..

huh? from the main road traffic enter, less than 5 minutes can arrive.. distance wise about 1.5 - 2km.. not that far

not sure, the low cost apts from petronas till sri manja that have been around for 20-30 years and they are all confirmed leasehold... so i suspect RV leasehold also
