Photo was taken 3 month ago and I been told that just recently completed parking base. But last month I when there,, the site still remain the same... Yup,,, I think the first 10% deposit has been make... But what I'm worry about is the the first pilling work has not been started yet... And surely been demand payment from banker .... So recently how many of you guys has been noticed this issue?

If still drop until 3.8-3.9 , anytime Bank Negara will announce BLR will increase interest rate... That time we will definitely in deep trouble....

cons: next to htc next to klang river surrounding low cost flats car parks on main road, jam up the area the demography there is mostly low income group crime prone area
