Just try to sit at road side mamak from 7pm onwards then u can see plenty of Dr*g A**icts there...

I got friends staying nearby. More horrible stories i heard from them just that some are so sensitive that i cannot put it in words.

No need to trust anything any 1 say in this or any forum, ask around those who stay/live in that area/vicinity.

to be honest, I have many relatives and friends stay there (tmn sentosa, the real low cost housing) for the past 30-40 years and they are all fine. None of them turn to drug addicts, triad taikos or bad hats. Yes, they might not be respectable and succeesful datok and datin but they are fine.

if you have been brought up in better neigbourhood such as TTDI, Damansara or SS sections of PJ, yes the world here is slightly more daunting....but trust me, you wont wake up to count the body bags every morning  

The world is changing everyday, previously our parent just ensure their children grow up healthy. Nowadays, we have to ensure our child able to face the more and more challenge future. What i m try to say here, true you wont wake up to count the body bags every morning, But living environment do affect the future of your child.

OMG.... RIVERVILLE PROJECT

its the same developer as the AWFUL ARENAA HOTELS. My friends stayed there, checked in and immediately checked out and demanded full refund.

Plumbing wasnt working, shoddy finishing, wifi didnt work, no in room safe. Nothing that was promised in their website was in the hotel rooms.

I wouldn't buy from a developer with such a bad building track record

The land next to Columbia hospital. Good location with newbie developer.

went to this project showroom last last weekend , being offered only D/P RM5000 to sign SnP .
while the way i came to this project showroom, there's alot of flat/pr1ma flat around .
and it's beside HTC & dark brown chocolate river .

for the pricing and title , pricing should get slight lower since the area there are not really consider Old Klang Road .
it takes almost 10 minutes drive from main road .

RM450-480 psf are more reasonable for that place

less than 10 minutes, is 5 minutes.

once they stay here, they will like here, no where is so convenience as here.
