went to this project showroom last last weekend , being offered only D/P RM5000 to sign SnP .
while the way i came to this project showroom, there's alot of flat/pr1ma flat around .
and it's beside HTC & dark brown chocolate river .

for the pricing and title , pricing should get slight lower since the area there are not really consider Old Klang Road .
it takes almost 10 minutes drive from main road .

RM450-480 psf are more reasonable for that place

hahaha , probably yes , never been there and i drove slow when passing the road .

This project location " getting bad & bad " due to there's alot new project surrounding Citizen pop out .
PV new project haven't launch which beside citizen .
mostly pricing even cheaper than Riverville .
