I went there today. The area is surrounded by low cost apartments & flats. Looks very run down and feels rather unsafe. It has the same feeling as Kg Kerinchi.
But there are a few medium cost apartments / condos there, such as Avenue Court, Sentosa Court, etc... And there's another one called 1120 Park Avenue about 500m away from Riverville. Comparing with 1120 Park Avenue, at 525 psf, it seems a bit over priced to me. The 1120 looks damn nice from the outside, and given the unknown status of the developer, I'm really thinking twice about Riverville.
Anyone knows more about the history of Alzac Viva?

I am a bit cautious, as it is basically the most expensive condo in that area. The road leading to it is essentially filled with medium lower residential area.
Right after Riverville's junction (the Petronas station), the vibe that the neighbourhood gives is something along the lines of Kg Kerinchi. Am having a bit of a hard time to decide.
