That was the reason why both me and my fiance dropped interest in this project. The apartment block may be in between this project and the HTC, but it's still too close for comfort for us.

Both me and my fiance have actually been to the sales gallery late last year and I can confirm that it is the case.

As for the pricing, not sure if it is okay to reveal it here as I noticed that a number of members don't do that, but I can say that it is around RM 690k before the 13% rebate for the 1,116 sqft unit. 10% rebate on DP and the additional 3% on the initial progressive interest. After rebate, it will be around RM 600k. Maintenance Fee is RM 0.22/sqft (including sinking funds).

Do bear in mind that this is the smallest unit offered for this condo and all are 3 to 3+1 bedrooms. The rest are larger dy at 1,210 sqft, 1,304 sqft and 1,400 sqft.

Edit: Forgot to mention that this is a bare unit. Booking Fee is RM 5k. sweat.gif

Yep, doing that now, but at the moment, we're focusing on new launch as this will be our 1st property purchase. Want to take advantage of the free SPA and legal fees so that we will have more cash to do the renovations and the necessary tasks. biggrin.gif

You sure about that? There's a htc dangling quite near to this project with only some low-rise apartment in between plus the traffic on the main road there is horrendous.

Don't recall seeing an alternate route to escape it the last time I was there a few months back. hmm.gif

I've been there twice dy. Once before it is completed and the 2nd time was after its completion when I happened to be passing by and parked at the road going into this project to buy fruits at the stall across the road.

No idea why the main road is very busy, tho, and this is on a weekend some more. hmm.gif
