Hi everyone,

just visited the sales gallery recently. i am on the fence about buying in this area due to the immediate approximation to the low/medium cost apartments in front of it.

Current buyers, was this your consideration as well?

Also, any comments on the potential for growth ($$) in this area?

Nah, not expecting it to go to 1mil. even if it does, nobody will buy it for 1mil in this area.

The unit i saw was about 790+ nett. so in 5 years, if i do sell i expect it to be 870k - 880k. Again any higher also no point
