True true. Location is one thing. But pricing and affordability is the definite answer.
Suriamas Sunway also located at one of the most crime rate location in Bdr Sunway next to Ridzuan and Mentari Court, yet, the rental rate and appreciation value is so great over the years until i couldnt believe.
