Went to showroom today, seems like only few units left for block A and lots more for block B. The unit doesnt come with anything (no air con, no kitchen cabinets), so it's actually quite pricey.

Speaking of crime rate, it's actually not as bad as some people described. As long as you dont walk alone at night and swinging LV bag probably you'll be fine. Those are basic safety precaution anyway.

Traffic is horrible along OKR (probably gonna be worse few years down the road). Exit to OKR might take u 10 min during office hour (or longer if it's a bad day).

Actually the only good thing about this project is strategic location (personal best record, 6min to mv). It's 15min away from setia walk and 15 min to pyramid. Another good thing is the mamak directly opposite of riverville, below block A flat, is awesome

I usually leave house around 830, exit to OKR takes less than 10 min but some driving skills will be needed

You can try that, but a bit risky.Safer way is stick to the left, and turn right at the left junction that heads to jalan templer one

I usually check google map in the morning, today OKR is fine, manage to reach in 20min. Alternate route is take federal, which can reach mv in like 20-25min before 9. Federal is more jam after 9
