find original ios 6.0.1, restore ur device to factory setting, re-jailbreak it...
there's maybe a more technical way of solving your problem, but this is the only way i know... sry... |

just synch them in itunes... when u reset ur ipad u can resync back all ur 'paid apps' dont worry...

last time i do, it ll auto backup all.. that means docs in apps also will be backuped
maybe different apps different way on the backup i dunno, but my 'paid' iannotate, chmate n penultimate backed up... |
