Mind to tell me how much i need to get a Momo Racing Wheel now?

i already plan to get it fews years ago, but still can't afford to buy, feels like kinda waste if i only buy for only playing F1C...

so many good racing simulation games out there IMHO.
Live for Speed
rFactor
F1C
GTR
GT Legends.
It's just that these games are hard to play that makes it unpopular

ya.. i know, but i just feels that oni F1 is the most suitable game to use a wheel, to feel the realistic of the game.

Ooh, another question here...
Can we convert the F1C replays to mpg or any other pc video format?

Haha, Im still dead slow lar. 14 sec behind the time with driving aids is really bad indeed laugh.gif But its kinda hard to adapt really. I tried with TC low, now im like 4 sec behind my time with those 3 aids. Hmm, no TC really spin alot. Btw, I think real F1 cars got TC right?

I setup brakes on the 1st button on the right of the steering.

Gas I use the default pedals.

That's it.

Don't forget the Launch control too.

Launch control - go to the buttons configuration. Find Launch Control..then chose
button you wanted to use.

I use the 1st button on the left side of the steering.

Before the start of the red..while still in red light.
Keep pressing the LC button.
Then full on the gas.

Keep pressing both buttons.
WHen the red lights goes off..just let go of the LC button...remember, just the LC button.

you think ar? doh.gif Of coz real F1 cars have TC. TC exist on almost all racing cars.
Try slowly accelerating if you turn TC low or off. Delicate acceleration...Last time I was using a joystick, so I just slowly pushed the stick upwards laugh.gif
After you gain momentum, you can just step on it. Maybe if you watch the next F1 race you'll understand. Sometimes they have the acclerator and brake telemetry on the screen. You can see how much they step on the accelerator when they're taking the corners. Then you compare that to your settings, where you set the accelerator/brake sensitivity, you can see basically the same telemetry there on the left side. Step on the accelerator a little and see the accelerator bar slowly fill up. Same goes with brake.

Yes, I know those graphics showing the etc etc of the car exists. But have you noticed this? The brakes indicator instantly turn red unlike the accelerator indicator which shows to which degree the pedal's pressed. So, I think the graphics isnt really that accurate. If they fully press the brakes, i guess even ABS couldnt save them at those kind of speed

Nope, F1 brakes are meant to be instantly slammed on like that. And there are no ABS on the cars. The drivers have to know when to let go to avoid locking up

yeah...otherwise we would have TC systems on brakes laugh.gif
Their settings allow them to slam on the brakes and not lock them at the same time...
ABS are only for street cars...like Initial D cars whistling.gif

Hey guys, just got my logitech momo today. My lap times actually got 10x worse than using a keyboard laugh.gif Not that im complaining, just havent get used to the steering tongue.gif Btw, do you guys have any good settings for the wheel set? I'm finding it difficult to drive when I have to wrestle the wheel in the straights. It seems to turn left and right and I have to counter it all the time, making me look like a drunk driver swirving left and right laugh.gif Thanks
