Hi.. I have several questions wanna shoot to sifu2 here... hehe.. hope got people mind to entertain me.

Ok here we go.

1. If i farm MP10 on Hell Diffilculty, does legendary item (nice2 1) will drop on that diffilculty ?
2. Suggest me diffculty and MP which suitable to farm for plan and design.
3. I only had done uber once.. on my first day when i reach lvl 60 (my frend help me to find materials for hellfire crafting) but im kinda blur with how to do the uber.. mean step to do it such as material needed .. ( I just follow my frend during that day and that is the only uber i had done so far)

had been playing D3 for around 2 weeks and seem like a lot need to learn.. hope sifu2 here mind to share their knowledge to improve my gameplay. TQ

1. On Hell difficulty u wont get high lvl (ilvl60-63) leg drop bcos the monster lvl for Hell is lower .. mp10 hell is only worth it if u plan to do gold farming. Other areas/difficulty u might want to try farm if you cannot farm Inferno efficiently:
- Act 2 Normal on mp10: Leoric Signet farming ... this ring is still worth few millions
- Act 3 Nightmare on mp10: Buriza Do Kyanon ... high freeze/pierce Buriza still command a good price in AH
Other than those areas .. u are better of farming Act 3 mp0 for high lvl leg drops (Keeps 2, Field of Slaughter & Arreat Crater 2 are high density mobs areas for good chance of leg drops).
Aside from Act 3 ... Vault of the Assasin in Act 2 is also a good place to farm legs ... VoTA is packed with elite packs .. however u need to farm it on mp1 at least (to bump mlvl to 63)

2. Wait until patch 1.07 to go live if u plan to do any plan/design farming bcos there will be a 400% increase in drop chance for plan/design in 1.07.

3. How to craft Hellfire Ring:
- farm for Keys from each act (1-3), once u get a set of 3 keys u can craft it into Infernal Machine but u need the IM plan first (Act 4 Keywarden will drop the IM plan)
- once u have the IM u can open the portal to fight ubers in Act 1 (u have to choose the last quest to be able to do this) .. there is total of 3 portals that can be opened .. each with respective Uber bosses.
Skeleton King & Magda will drop Writhing Spine organ
Ghom & Rakanoth will drop Devil's Fang organ
SB & Kulle will drop Vengeful Eye organ
Once u hv 1 set of all 3 organs u can craft your Hellfire Ring (u need to buy the HF plan 1st from Act 2 .. if im not mistaken it cost 2.5million)
Note: only doin key run & uber on mp10 will guarantee a drop for keys/organs .. however its not easy especially for ubers bcos there is an enraged timer.
Find a suitable mp that u can survive & still kill fast enough to do key runs/ubers
From my own experience: key run on mp4 is the minimum to get good key drop rate .. and for ubers mp8 is the sweet spot for me to get 3/3 organ drops.

from your current gear setup, u will no problem in Inferno A3 MP0/public game/MP1... just keep farming..

Thank you for the brief explanation and details explanation. A lot of input there. Btw, i had done some reading in this forum, the drop rate of legendary item seem better if joining pub game. is it true or it is just random/luck ?
