What is the diffrence between java studio enterprise and Jcreator, other than Jcreator is a freeware.What is their diffrence?anyone mind to point out to me...

I use JCreator most of the time and it suits my needs more..prefer it over netbeans ide.

eclipse is the best for me... jCreator free version doesn't have the library

Both are not a java compiler. Java studio and Jcreator are IDE which come with Java compiler.

Beside those you mentioned, Eclipse and IntelliJ are also good IDE.

Eclipse 3.0 (and above) is pretty simple and straight-forward...Not too complex. Good to start with rclxms.gif

Is there a IDE for Java that is almost identical to Visual Studio 2003/2005? Drag and drop features? Well, I'm using ASP.NET and C# most of the time. Creating a textbox is as easy as drag n drop.

How do you create a textbox for Java? I just wanna know how much difference is there since I'm always intimidated by Java but yet I know it's a good PL to learn since it can also work for Linux based OS.
