Just want to clear my self belief that my immune system has improved after reverting to regular gym workout. Like to see from other regular gym members if there is some truth in what I am seeing from my side. Thanks.

Definitely improved.

Used to fall sick once every 2 months (Before I started working out). Now I may not get sick even for an entire year.

Mainly dietary problems. Next would be lack of sleep, followed by stress. These are the most common factors.

At ~60% for YES looks unconvincing to me. Was hoping to see >80% for YES.

The UNSURE answers are pulling back the split difference.

Plotted 2 graphs. Second is if each 50% of UNSURE goes to YES and NO.

I thought there are more gym users here. Hope that you can spare a minute or two to complete this poll. Hope to get at least 50 participants in this poll. Then it is what it is. Ha.

Many thanks.

After more than a year without being sick, got sakit last night (dizzy head, could be due to the unexpected GE13 outcome!).

Will give myself a short gym break to recover and also not to pass on what I have to others in the gym.

Cheerio.
