tm do one, but to be safe, better ask again the telephone line got terminate or not when you apply unifi in the TM point,

i think something wrong with china routing there, like 1 weeks ago when i call to CS to ask my account password ..during the waiting time i think i hear their announcement of that.

yesterday night want suft chinese comic also very slow.

i think i need complain also for gaming part, i think everyday also got spiking issue until i have to restart modem for few times sweat.gif

streamyx and unifi is different phone line, that is what i know during i go upgrade my streamyx to unifi in TM point smile.gif

the only thing i know when i move house and change package in a same time...

i terminated my streamyx service and phone line and apply unifi package (with new phone line, number)

is that need to enable the secondary connection or what?

okay solved my problem, case close.
appereantly is Hi-Fi magnetic field too strong.

oh ya that day i rearrange my modem and router, pictures below

just after ward when i finish rearrange it doesn't works anymore... i already called TM point but havent make appointment with technician, i will do after let my friend check first what's wrong...

grey cable from telephone port to phone port in modem right
then yellow port to router WAN port
then red si for HYPP TV port... (LAN1 for router)

4)1~2 days later, this time female calling me, and this time is the real "confirmation" of my online application.. The lady confirmed with me my online application and proceed set up date and time for installation.

5)1~2 days later unifi technician came and install. End of story..

Unanswered question: How did they get my details and know i just applied for unifi, etc. I thought all those info should be for TM only? How come 3rd party got access to it?

maybe someone leak or buy your info to telemarketing kut, it is same thing like your bank call you to apply credit card? unsure.gif

that are my dad and my sister, they stream sometimes only, but usually it is a peak time for gamer playing dota2 together... sad.gif
