Anyone have experience of having Maxis Fiber and Unifi in a house? My house mate applied for Maxis Fiber and now we are sharing the same modem but different router. Is this(sharing same modem but different router with different account) normal ?

Hello guys , my unifi was installed in an alternate way because the underground pathway below my house has some problem so they can't pull the wire through underground. The cable was pulled from the longkang infront of my house all the way into my house above the ground . Today when my mum came back she accidentally drove the car over unifi wire when she park her car , my question is will it damage the connection or rather the line ? Is the PVC jacket durable enough to handle the weight of the car ?

Black fiber or covered by grey plastic? if grey plastic should be enough the handle the car weight. The installer told me they tested with 1 tonne lorry no problem..

It already happened since 1st June. Since yesterday, this problem get better at least for early morning time. sweat.gif I can see this is due to insufficient of bandwidth to handle their Chinese heavy users. whistling.gif

Are you on DHCP? Try setting an IP address and download dns benchmark tool to know which is stable. TM DNS usually will do. And set DNS on your router too. Manual of course.

*Please be informed that UniFi email service will be available until September 2013. Please change your preferred email accordingly*

thanks mate! good to know im doing okay.

from your speedtest result, can see that you are using time dot com..crazy upload speed, but why the download not on par? so the 100mbps is like that?
