if u have the tech contact number just call him back and tell the problem u face now.. Surely he know how to solve this..

any1 can tell me will dey chrge the streamyx full amount if i upgrade my streammyx to unifi this friday??i call to their hotline and ask about this the ppl der say will charge only the amount of day uses(duno can trust anot blush.gif )

Yes, they will charge on pro-rated basis for both streamyx and unifi. tongue.gif

no need change modem de..is lifetime warranty..
jus chg stock router to other router

Help~ My BTU link and auth led are off...i'm unable to online~
it could be TM's problem or my BTU problem?
BTW the power and lan led are on~ thx in advance!

hi i'm facing same problem with u since about 9.30am, i'm from jb and trying to solve it too...

any idea how to fix it?

i phoned unifi customer service but they keep asking me stay on the line blablabla along 30mins...

nope same issue (slight better), can load first page but can't go second page (i think is my browser cache ) ...
