This is another project, next to Old Town Coffee instead of the primary school.

I think they need to solve the traffic problem before build anything here. So how's the DUKE extension?

Personally abit disappointed they just build office, mall, hotel here but not include residential

If they build a hotel here, what kind of guest they targeting? Local or foreigner? The nearest LRT quite far away from here..
This place have a stunning KLCC view, hope they don't waste it.

No need purposely choose klcc view, from the picture you can see the view will be block by the future development across the road.
