Saw the new banner about 1-2 months ago, really a big axx eye sore. Everyday drive pass very annoyed by this

Here are steps to use the Teduh link of kpkt:

(0) Go to https://teduh.kpkt.gov.my/project-swasta
(1) Under the text input labeled "Kata Kunci (Nama Projek)", type the project name(partial also ok): Eko Titi
(make sure there's a space after the word eko)
(2) Click Cari button
(3) Wait for a moment, scroll down to look for the search result
(4) From the results record, scroll to the right and click on the eye 👁️ under "Ringkasan Projek"
(5) Scroll down to read the details. At section E, click on the button labeled "Lihat Terperinci Unit"
(6) You will arrive to this page

Sales rep mentioned this project is going to be relaunched by end of this year:

Based on APDL, starting gross price is RM434k for the smallest size, 690sf ft … which translates to RM629 psf. The price psf is definitely attractive compared to initial launch price of RM800+ psf.

For typeB, the reading room got window or not? If got window then why not declare it as bedroom?? Any reason why not call it a bedroom.

For all types(large as well), the kitchen does not have a yard(in case l missed out). Hence cannot do heavy cooking.

A design flaw that the reading room has no window. With window the room can be used for bedding and/or reading.

No yard implies that clothes will be hung at the balcony. Another flaw.

Visited showroom today. 2 blocks serviced apartment 1 block office instead of previous 3 blocks apartment.

537+ psf for 690 sf /809 sf

606+ psf for 1120sf

Personally, I like this project but it's likely not anyone's cup of tea after the delays 😂

If you have some opinion on this project, good or bad, appreciate if you can share it out ☺️

Is the show unit ready?

I like the scenery (unblock view of KL city centre and the lake).

It’s just the surroundings are not really good. Near highway and mainroad, lack of places to eat, near car workshops,
near gerai … long term not sure if u really want to stay there

Yeap yeap, am familiar with the area. Been staying at Setapak here many many years d. Thanks for the heads up biggrin.gif If got then bonus, if don't have, I like the existing surrounding as well
