Is fred perry most unstable? Why the price can discount so much from retail price?
I mean compare to RL/burberry....

Care to elaborate on 'unstable'? Mentally unstable?

Price cut happens to almost everything, not only FP. A RL polo can cost as low as USD 30 in factory outlet at Las Vegas. An E-class Mercedes-Benz can has a price slash of as much as RM50k for an outgoing model.
