a quick question about USB OTG cable, if it works for thumbdrive, it should work for HDD, provided it have enough power, right? or is it a hit and miss kind of thing?

just updated to 4.2.2 via OTA, rooted, but use Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper to temporary disable root, then clear Google Services Framework cache etc etc. Tried about 10 times today, finally, it works.

just got my USB OTG cable, works fine for even my WD500GB HDD!!! But not working with my USB hub. Anyone can confirm which USB hub works?
