yup, i also encountered this screen issue but just once. It was like there is invisible fingers keep tapping randomly on the screen. But after a force reboot (holding the power button for a few secs), my N7 get back to normal and the problem never occurs again until today.Also, noticed some wired respond on my N7 recently.
