QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Jul 22 2007, 11:12 AM) nice choice of accomdation appreciate it bro....but can i terus book with them....telling them my credit card detail etc?i was staying there during my last trip in june! awesome and friendly services i would say. check this site : http://www.sunsetbeachresort.com.my/ you may call the contact numbers, telling them when are you going to stay in they will give you a banking details (public bank iiam) once you bank in, fax the slip as a proof back to them tips : you may bank in half of the lodging fees, the rest, when you reach there, baru you pay the remaining happy holidaying & enjoy the private beach anyway appreciate ur help bro |

just got back..from langkawi(back on 30th august)......
horrible trip i must said due to the fact of rain season...rain rain rain...endlessly....went up the cable car.....see nothing at all...but one positive outcome is dman breezy:)...and freak me out when taking the cable car....due to the thick cloud(or mist).....scary....and the suspend bridge tutup too.....sigh.... and the 7 well....gosh....take heck lots of energy to climb up..and really killed me on spot...(sry im out of shape type).....but manage to climb to stage two of the 7 well....not bad...not bad.....and yeah....some mat salleh there... and most important...shop and shop and shop around kuah town.....cant really recommend a shop which is the BEST place to buy stuff...i buy my choc from 5 different shop..... (sorry too much time to wonder around kuah town...due to the rain...ruining the plan in langkawi...) This post has been edited by shadowofevil: Sep 2 2007, 09:25 PM |

QUOTE(Gen @ Sep 9 2007, 01:19 PM) Hi everyone. its not 2 week he staying lar broMe and my friends planning to go to Langkawi on next 2 weeks. We r manage to take the AirAsia package,so could everyone recommend us a hotel that price is more economic, environment is Ok Ok,room r comfortable ? because if we r picking the Awana Porto Malai (Garden View) as our hotel in the package, the price is about rm1139 for 4 persons,so we r looking for a hotel that cheaper than this. QUOTE(Grengo01 @ Sep 13 2007, 09:27 AM) Sorry cant post pix last nite.... earthquake shook the life out of me and family... the freaking condo gayut like mad last nite and this morning.. but heard lat time around the tsunami do wack a bit part of langkawi...not serious though....jz quite scary u noe...like the tsunami coming....and is midnite....that time...i at mutiara...errr 3am....go walk and drunk beside the beach....if tsunami come....then bye bye.....cuz those receptionist or worker...jz sleep in sofa...if the tsunami alarm really on...who noes..... Technically, Langkawi is safe from Tsunami coz of all the islands that surround it.. Stormyz, noted your info on Aseania... will avoid that at all cost, but, I never liked it from outside though.. @shadowofevil.... waaaa 3G ah? hehehehe... one thing about football... mana mana u see game can just sit down and start conversation.... its a good ice breaker anywhere.. Langkawi no exception.. |

QUOTE(Grengo01 @ Sep 13 2007, 11:02 AM) Yes, Langkawi was hit but not that badly... I would think the ones that got it bad would be Datai and Andaman as it sits at the tip facing Andaman Sea. can walk....and vomit like hell cuz lying on those suspended bed (duno wat the name sorreee)....swing too much....and vomit.....like helll..but of cuz...not vomit in tose beautiful beach or sea....not bad i can walk to toilet...and .....hahaa Anyway, lets not fret about Tsunami, Terrorism etc... go there for affordable Kirrin, Budweiser and my favourite Single Malt... and I think next year's plan just perfect... buy some to take to Redang.. then I have double dose of the good stuff! yeah! U drunk still can walk ah? I tot you would be rolling on the sand doin monkey biz liao... tat time bough heineken saja... all our parent warn us dun go the sea ...blah forget totally ad.... QUOTE(earl-ku @ Sep 13 2007, 11:17 AM) eh porto malai is nice too for couples ... mutiara burau bay/ berjaya even further.....can actually walk to the cable car...if u want lar...but its kinda far from the town la ...but very near to that pantai chenang and zon ... and the aquaria and airport too but seriously awana overral not bad....good review too This post has been edited by shadowofevil: Sep 13 2007, 05:26 PM |
