Which hotel will you pick to stay in Langkawi where there are beautiful beaches ?
1) Awana Porto Malai 2) Mutiara Bay 3) Berjaya Hotel 4) Langkasuka Any suggestion? How is Awana Porto Malai because airAsia package for two people is only RM 400++? Anyone been there b4? |

im still expecting some guides on a 3-4 stars hotel which is located near the beach and has a nice beach view.
my choice was awana porto malai in the beginning but some one just mentioned in the post that this hotel is not near the beach. my budget is RM 150 per night . Can i get any hotel near the beach for this rate per night? any nice chalets near the beach? |

what is the rate of ferry from penang to Langkawi? there's a harbour right in penang? Thinking of going to penang than to Langkawi.
Added on September 29, 2008, 1:41 pmIm looking forward to a trip in Langkawi as well. I think what is most experiencing in Langkawi will be the beaches there. So i have to book a decent chalet that is located on the beach. What's the point hidden in the hotel , right. What will be the most suitable chalet near there.. 1) no morning calls 2) clean 3) safe 4) good service. My budget is RM 100-RM 150 per night. What is the recommendation?
