Why those people so interested this BR this project! Because nowadays ppl love concept and township instead just a home. IJM also build more than 500 arces for environment and facilities purpose! Even DPC and SA also did that, instead of just house + garden only.
Many KK parents also buy for their kids also, because scare next time their kids cannot afford and also can stay near them.

The development consider fast... which next month can see show house and open the road to go in the Rimbayu.

Yes, Kemuning Utama really not bad. turn a small round, already is KESAS and also superb near Kota Kemuning.
KU not township, but you can go Kota Kemuning use the facilities lo.

actually the design of every phase in rimbayu also designed for fenced or gated, but this is because rules of selangor for individual title.
Bcoz the funds already ready by IJM, but just need 90% of ppl signed up, unless those residential wanna so free style, dunwan be fended up, no choice lo @_@

OK. But if take BR as example, if let say phase 3, is strata title. if let say maintenance fees is RM600.
Phase 3 can use clubhouse, phase 1 and phase 2 can use also? Phase 1 and 2 are individual title.

Kemuning Utama is very lucky before the law changed. Kemuning Utama is Individual Title but with nice gated up.. RM80 only...

In this case, sure is bandar rimbayu and also you can easily go KK, puchong or subang for your city life, consider near.
