there is another land before Rimbayu, just after 3rd roundabout and the road is under construction now, formerly known as Thangamallay Estate.
Last few year have plan to build housing there called Kemuning Jaya but cancelled.
This is a very potential land as it's freehold and it's a small hill land.

I may be wrong , heard wrongly.  Even if your house is at a cul de sac also pay more because you get more parking space for visitors.
