Betul, but doesnt matter to me, new township takes time, have you check their masterplan? I just been to the site last week. Hope IJM land can deliver what they have planned.

3.5-4km from Kota Kemuning 3rd roundabout, not very far lah. smile.gif The link / connected road from Kota Kemuning build by IJM to Bandar Rimbayu is not bad, all the way in, stop at 1 big traffic light ( yet to function but done up oledi ) at the junction before entering the project site.

Alam Impian is alright, freehold at elevated land mah..Also next to Kota Kemuning.

I&P just launch new phase last week 24x80 at RM 799K, non bumi quota taken up during the weekend, not bad. Commercial development wise..I&P..PNB with huge landbank....ermmm..no comment.

Kota Kemuning already got primary and secondary school available.

One Chinese school Chung Hua is located not far from Econsave ( ard 1-2km ) where you turn to the entrance at Rimbayu, a few KM away is NOT FAR at all. One more primary school next to the Chinese school will start construction probably next year.

my son is studying at the Chinese school, which is 4 km away from our home, and I have to keep n telling it is NOT far at all.

Alam Impian, I believe no school at the moment. One international school is coming up just next to Naza TTDI Viola.

Went to 1 so called branded new landed property launch, nice luxury car can park inside next to the show unit, old normal not so nice car pls turn and park outside haha. ..but dun underestimate the buying power of tis group of ppl driving old cars! wink.gif

If I start to travel after 8am+, I prefer to use KESAS Highway to town centre, around 45 minutes, if something wrong with Seremban Highway or Maju Highway, then will drag longer.

Or if start around 7am, can actually turn into Federal Highway using the Subang/USJ exit along KESAS, it's toll free, around 45 minutes -1 hour as well, depends on traffic.

Yes I work in KL, yes it takes easily 45 minutes using KESAS to KL. Sometimes even longer. So?

I choose landed house but not pigeon hole for my kids future.

The road is open during weekdays but close during weekends till 8/12/13.

U still can go in using the 3rd roundabout during weekdays from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm only. Just inform d guards u want to go to Sales Gallery.

The distance is around 5KM From the 3rd roundabout direct to Sales Gallery.
