How can you offer Rome 2: Total War for only RM140, far below the sales rate on some sites? Are you buying from the Russians or Chinese retailers, and if so, do you realize that you're potentially locking your customers from activating their products since they're region locked?

The price of Rome 2 is set by my supplier, this is not from such sites that you can google it from, the game sold by me is not a code, but a Steam Gift, obtained from steam and no, there is no region lock, i can guarantee that it is a ROW (Rest of World) copy. I have few customers purchased the game and have activated it already without any problems.

The way i obtain the game should be classified, but all i can inform you is i am active in the steam game trading community. If the game locks out or removed from your library, i have no problems in refunding/replacing it with a new one. Also had 2 customers with such problems previously, but not with this game, and are replaced with new copies of their ordered games.

FYI, there are multiple copies which can be obtained on steam in gift from, which are WW (Worldwide), ROW (Rest of World), RU (Russia), CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), PL (Poland), AU (Australia), DE (German) and US (everyone knows this). All have their different characteristics. You may also refer to http://steamdb.info/ to make sure if the game has different versions, what is included in the gift (bundles if any) and the release/purchased from.

Does it come with the Greek Faction DLC pack or is it just the base game? I'm like really interested but I'm not entirely sure it's wise for me to buy the game when it's like 2-3 weeks from finals lol.

It does comes with all the stated bonuses which you find in the steam page http://store.steampowered.com/app/214950/ unless you purchased after the release date. It is up to you to purchase, but for this particular game along with the other pre-orders, i will require 24 hours or less to revise the order before game is transferred to your steam account as gift via steam or email.
