the things with that ToS is that its too wide and too vague. Im belonging to a gaming group known as the confederate crew (TCC) and we all play eve together - we have a number of corps under us including our alts - now i am may not be a corp member but i do fly regularly under them - so am i misrepresnting them when in fact im on the same group but not same corp ?
what bout NPC role playing ? will whole CVA got banned and disbanded as per RP they represent the amarr empire?

what about those Goon from SA ? what if they make an alt and use it for goon rental scamming? would they misrepresent their group?

or im using my alt - would i misrepresent my self?
