think that wasn't part of the patch its just a bigger window on top of the local window where by the local window is slight longer so it exposes the people view

I run EVE on fixed window so its like window mode without border so nice and best I can still use my 2nd monitor

dont think eve will die + on the fanfest they announce there is a team trying to tackle the new player experience part
