From the floor layout plan I obtained (non finalized version), the master bedroom should be:

Total area: 15'-8'' x 22' = 344.67 sqft
Bathroom area: 7'-11'' x 8'-7'' = 67.9514 sqft
Room area = 344.67 - 67.9514 = 276.7186 sqft

For the guest room toilet door issue, I think we shouldn't highlight anything for now, as the construction ain't completed yet, furthermore, I curi-curi take picture this time. To prevent any unwanted/unhappy outcome, let's just wait. If they really prepare the house to become show house in October, then we can feedback at that time.

Most probably InP will work out something on this. Maybe:
1. Changing to smaller but wider wash basin?
2. Reposition the wash basin?
3. Smaller door width / sliding door?

Actually, there's 1 more minor drawback which I didn't highlight here which the dry area outside kitchen. As the door is open to outside direction, the area where plug point and water pipe area for the washing machine in my opinion is a little bit small, causing the door unable to open fully  . But this is a very small issue, it depends on where you want to put your washing machine. But if have chance, i will ask InP about this also.

I think from a gross calculation like this you can't really image/feel how big/small is it. When I refer to the floor plan, I do have the same concern as you. But after a walk through today at the actual house, I felt different. All the space can't say big and I would say not small either. Except for the guest room toilet, something has to be done.

For me, it is just nice. Of course I like big house too, but for an 22x80 and can get something like this, can't really complain already. Hmmm... how can I really explain...

If this is the case, the Canting 3 is bigger in terms of the area for the wardrobe  But you can still build a wardrobe there in your Nukilan 3, don't you?    Dressing area for master bedroom itself is 8'-7'' x 7'-9'' = 66.5208 sqft

Family area for Nukilan 3 is bigger than Canting 3, mostly due to the staircase design.

Btw, why did not getting Canting 3 before this?

Main entrance door is solid wood, very heavy and sturdy. When you knock, your hand will feel pain It looks so-so because it was not finished yet, guess they will paint it and apply shellac or so?

For the time being is for own stay. If I strike lottery maybe will consider a bigger unit in AI and this will be for investment    Guess you will be for own stay too right?

Would like to ask, for existing Nukilan 1 & 2, is there already a committee? Normally the committee is set up per phases or whole Nukilan as one?

I'm asking this because wanted to learn from the Pentas taikors, if we can have Nukilan fenced up too.

Yeah, I come across that too. I was asking if Nukilan also have something similar in few posts back. No response so far. I am thinking if we should start forming an unofficial group for this.

I were there to see Nukilan 3 too. sneaked in to the site again to view the houses, been chased out by the site supervisor

I think should be no problem to complete construction at Jun 2014 as CF application normally takes 6 months. Thus, VP will be still Feb 2015, follow 24 months from SnP date.

Btw, for those who interested in Nukilan 3, as of 5 Oct, latest sales status: 2 intermediate facing west, 1 intermediate facing south and 2 corners is available due to previous loan rejected.

Bro, the corner price between 980k to 1.1M. The detailed price, built up and land size I have to check again on the price list. Update you by tonight.

Guys, opinion needed. Shall we start a Facebook group for Nukilan 3 for easier information sharing? Or this forum is sufficient for all Nukilan 3 owners?

After sneaking in 3 times, I'm pretty much sure for items below:

1. Nukilan 3 comes with alarm system. What additional I notice is it comes together with smoke detector. Motion detector and windows/doors sensor all included.
2. There will be NO shower screen for all the bathroom, clarified this with developer. But hope there will be last minute surprise.
3. The build quality is very good. Judge based on my inspection on both finished and under construction units.
4. 1 major drawback, I believe to be design fault is the door cannot be fully open for guest bath room. I attached the picture some posts back. But when I talk to I&P regarding this, they say they already buy off and verified, it should be able to fully open. We shall wait and see what's the outcome. If cannot fully open, can put it in defect list.
5. CCC takes around 6 months time for all relevant department to approve the fitness of the building for occupation. So, project work should end by June 2014, but VP most likely until 2015. Latest must be 22/2/2015 before LAD imposed.
