All Pentas is 25x85, maybe bigger built-up? I was told the last 28 units of Pentas 4 will be either Aug after Raya, or in Oct. Upon completion of Tari, next in-line will be 22x75 which replacing the land in front of Pentas 4 which were originally planned for middle cost apartment. With this, the smallest foot print in I&P AI will change from 22x80 to 22x75.

The mentioned Pentas 5 should be the last row of 25x85 behind the last 28 units of Pentas 4. Together with 22x75, then parcel A2 is completed. Guess this should be the plan as parcel A3 land clearing is undergoing at very fast pace.
