Guys and Gals,
I'm an ex-olympic lifter now living in Cyberjaya area, looking into opening an actual decent strength performance gym in the area. Would be minimal cardio equipment but some, mainly free weight, crossfit gear, olympic platforms and some tires, sleds etc. All the fun stuff!!!!  anyone be interested in joining up for a weekend session in the near future? thx Faiz  |

the africans cant say much coz they will storm.in.. but the middle eastern not much.. experince at a gym solution in cyberjaya at the domain.. theres also another owned by an arab i think n most middle eastern goes there.. while africans, indonesian, n a few arabs.at a gyn solution...

Thx for the replies, location wise, the best one for this place is in Putrajaya (warehouse available). prob too far for cyber folks ?? still looking for another place nearby,
I live in Kajang but not sure that area is suitable either?? This would be a small, gym with focus on doing strength training that's not openly available in ALL the gyms around here = olympic lifts, dropping bars, chalk! strongman equipment (Stones, yoke, tyres, farmers walks etc), oh and lots of heavy squats and deadlifts , it will end up a small member base but that's ok |
