thanks.. but sorry dear.. warehouse have changed their terms, after get the weight cannot add item, coz after get the weight, the parcel will direct send to anohter warehouse waiting for delivery, if want to add then need to find the parcel and send back to the packing warehouse, 2 warehosue is very far, so now they not allow to add item, if really want to add , there is extra charge RM3/parcel

already asked forwarder, they said they checked with cuckoo, cannot claim, coz there are so many department got involved, like seller, china courier, custom, ABX, it's unable to found out who damage this parcel.

not only cuckoo, my another client ship by DPEX , the glasses tube 3 pcs damages. and quite expesnive, cost few hunreds, when i asked DPEX, same answer, cannot claim. customer should asked seller pack properly and take the risk / buy the insurance. that's what DEPX reply me
