If there's really a problem causing ur depression, think of ways to solve it, not ignore it.
If ur depressions r caused by e.g. ur hormonal change or PMS, a good trick is to pamper n indulge, e.g. having a long bath, exfoliate ur skin, remove ur body hair, moisturize all over, having hair treatment, doing nails... watever that makes u feel even more comfortable n pretty in ur own skin n body.
If ur depressions r caused by non-sense like being angry at ppl etc, get over it bcos u're just wasting ur time n effort n emotional state for such non-sense things. Tell urself that u deserve much better n no need to be depressed over such little matter. Go out with ur loved ones n hav fun!
