Hey, I'm a new guy member here.... juz registered today....got one small opinion which sounds logical.....
If you are depressed, hit the gym or a local park instead of eating..... exercise releases endorphins, which are anti-stress hormones....More over, think about how jealous ur ex will be if he sees you toned up after a few months.....he'd probably be beggin you to take him back hehehehe....
