Duh... take a walk in the dorm and spot some really hot male seniors and just salivate and think "OMG... OMG... greek god abs... greek god ass..." ---> sometimes work.. lol
... or just dress to impress and go to some mall (KLCC is good place) and cast some come-hither looks and watch them scream... haha....

Usually it makes me feel better to talk to a guy who is a friend and make him talk nice things about you (your personality and appearance) and you get a level-up charged mood
