QUOTE(pizzaboy @ Aug 8 2008, 01:45 PM) Nah, no way....I won't do it full time. I'll only do it freelance, like my friend Ernie.....he was the one who suggested for me to do it. freelance quite hard to do..cos limited client base. those PT,80% they can't really teach proper exercise..even thought i ever meet few guy n girl that holding a ACE,but they still teaching wrong technique of doing squat n lunge..basic movement..haiz...if they cant master the basic, how they can manage all those advanced trainee??no idea This post has been edited by danny_ptlm: Aug 8 2008, 06:18 PM

QUOTE(quidditch84 @ Sep 1 2008, 09:28 AM) Agreed with tennis4life. but still, if you need a PT, it's best you examine their background whether if they are suitable to achieve your goal (i.e. build muscles, lose fats, train up your strength, sculpture your body etc). Otherwise, you're able to hire a freelance trainer outside a gym who is more specialized in his field. I'm not so sure about the fee but it's almost the same but I know one or two since he is a runner up for Mr KL as well as a master trainer. You usually don't gain enough confidence if your trainer is chubby, do you? So a PT's physique is vital to assist your decision in picking the right trainer. and yeah, the juice bar (with comfy seats where you can read mags and newspapers) in FF that provides hot/cold drinks is can be consumed without limits but it's best if you're refrained from filling it in a big water bottle. Furthermore, members who travel a lot in KL benefits the most if he is a passport member due to a good number of FF outlets all over KL. The classes are international-class certified. instructors who are foreigners do not mean anything. regard pick up a PT,my opinion, examine their background is good cos u pay for 1000++ for thr PT package dat they offering, make sure u get back all the 1000++ service back frm de pt..hehe ^^
