Hello any ladies here who is a member of FF? WTA is the ladies locker room have proper place to change & dry off after shower or is it like the guys locker room where everyone is naked?? Bcs i have a friend she is overweight and she like to find out about this, so any ladies here pls feedback?

Yea, there's one or two changing rooms in the ladies' locker room.. but I've also seen some girls who change in the shower stalls. Most girls walk around in towel in between showers.

Tell your friend everybody goes to the gym to get healthier anyway, so even if she's overweight she shouldn't let it stop her from going to the gym and using the facilities (shower/steam/sauna etc)

i have no ideas what is the qualities and the attitude of the PT's in FF, Curve branch, but recently i had a very bad experience with a Platinium PT in the FF, ioi branch, i signed 10sessions each month with this young man while he is still a gold PT several months ago to give him support until he upgraded to a Plat PT, i still continue signed with him 10sessions each month, but since Ogos month he bcom the top sales of the whole FF, his attitude bcom very bad, arrogant and start to be very ir-responsible, i am very upset and immeadiately choose to burn off my balance paid PT sessions with him and cancel my membership immediately...

better choose a Plat PT with an older age - maybe the attitude of work will be better then the youngters - my 2cents...

yes i do agree maybe it's only this young PT attittude problem and not all youngsters have such ir-responsible charactor...

FF have few different grades of PT, the bronze, silver, gold and platinium. Prices are different also for different grades.

sad that paid for a Plat service but end up... ... ... Big Sigh...

Wondering if there is any power racks in any of the FF branch?

Keen on getting a FF membership. Preferably an all club. Anyone have any idea on the pricing? Or are they just randomly priced e.g.; promotion etc etc.?

Last i checked its RM210 monthly for platinum membership. All club only applies if you're a member at the Platinum Clubs (Curve, AEON Bukit Tinggi, Empire) Branches. If you're a member at any other branches you still can visit other branches, just not the 3 platinum ones. Platinum members get access to ALL clubs. 

Try to get a better deal i suppose, im not sure if the price is fixed.

No reg fee etc etc? 210 for all club is OK. Not very keen to venture into True Fitness, a little shady for some reason. Celebrity Fitness, never had experience with them, anyone care to share?

With the temporary closure of Empire Subang FF, which branch you guys are going??

the gold PT 10sessions i paid RM1054.70

the platinium PT 10sessions i paid RM1155.40

just try to make sure you are able to find a responsible and well character PT, orelse is just a waste of time - my 2cents point of opinion, not so much wasted on the money by Time...
