Anyway today i realize the staff there not so friendly anymore, maybe they know I memang go there for free one

They get paid to do their job not to be a busybody and care if people go there for free or not. Its just not their business. (Maybe the consultant will take it as an opportunity to sign you up instead).

Free? How? I thought guest pass can only be used once?

My friend has a very bad experience when she wanted to go for trial at FF Leisure Mall, nearest to her home. She had previously bought a RM25 trial coupon and told the sales consultant she wanted to utilise it. She also mentioned that she wanted to find out more about FF but the sales consultant insisted that she must join as a member first before he will give her any info about FF or its programs. My friend thought that was silly. How can one sign up for a membership before hearing what the fitness centre has to offer. The sales consultant refused to give out any info. In the end, she walked out and vowed never to return. Bad impression indeed...

Yeap, wisma cosplant.

If your a member than ok no need to talk to them. Maybe only that one staff was bad doesn't mean all of them are.

So far the best service I got was in Asia Jaya in Menara Axis the staff always greet you even during busy hours. Few trainers are quite friendly too they come and chat with you when your working out etc lol.

the summit one also not bad... they greet you all the time...
so warm until you do not want to go back after the work out...

But the place is cramped and small some more I felt the lighting is kind of dark. Not much mood to workout there. Curve i feel overall has the best workout environment (bright and spacious)

i totally agree..even the trainers at the curve are friendly..

I'm getting a lousy deal from the FF staff Old member rejoin still kena RM175 like last time with no towel service.

My sis joined recently, but no more free 2 times PT for newbie, if you wan, you need to pay extra..
I feel that, now they charge membership fee very expensive...

Just tell them you are getting a much better deal elsewhere.

I did. And they didnt wanna budge. Now new members passport RM200 already

Added on July 3, 2008, 5:55 amWell usually whoever getting lower monthly fee are paying more for processing/admin/blabla crap. Say RM199 for joining and RM158/month. Which is the same as paying RM175/month.

Sigh.

I heard got bag, towel , bottle, headset and all ? Is it applicable if someone transfer ownership to me ?

For items such as towel, does they supply to us unlimited or we bring our own ?

Erh, you can have one towel per time if you are eligible for it.

new members will be given a backpack, headphone, towel, tumbler. I think only gold member can have towels...

Damn..the fees are getting more expensive....no wonder so many ppl want to leave FF la.

on the bright side, they dont have the problem that the other commercial gyms are having - overcrowding

only certain branches are pasar ikan, the rest are quite empty
