QUOTE(mrjgx @ Feb 15 2013, 12:23 PM) To be frank, I need to get rid of the excess belly! Living in Middle East has taken its toll on me and particularly my eating habit. The fattttt...long slow ride on the trainer will be sufficient? I read somewhere to burn the excess fat ones must do the slow burning excercises. But how long? QUOTE(butthead @ Feb 15 2013, 02:09 PM) As i mentioned. If the sport is going to be so clean and so fair with all the UCI rulings from doping to bike technicalities to ensure every rider has a fair chance at winning. It will become the A1GP of the cycling world. It's fair and very un-predictable, but it is also god darn boring to watch. yup...it not fun to watch if they on the same level of playing field...bike manufacturer will not have selling point as there is no different between doraemon bike and s-works bike...just take your popcorn and enjoy all the drama... |

QUOTE(butthead @ Mar 27 2013, 11:34 AM) the speed and cadence is a separate purchase for forerunner as their premium only comes bundle with HR strap... reason is that forerunner is not primarily a bike specific product right? QUOTE(vin_ann @ Mar 27 2013, 11:56 AM) SYAMiLLiON their oversea website got tri bundle option which include quick release kit and cadence sensor for just 50 usd...but the prob is it seems that nobody bring it in malaysia...if i buy separate kit here, buta-buta rugi rm200 even the Polar RCX5 top range watch for multi-sports also did not come with bike cadence. have to purchase separately. only 1 of the option: running cadence device or GPS sensor. you wont be getting both in the package. have to buy extra. then bike cadence is another RM199 which im eye-ing for a long long time ago... but no needed. mrjgx u looking for garmin edge 810 rite?? Bike Houz got stock...saw their fb updates... This post has been edited by SYAMiLLiON: Mar 27 2013, 12:36 PM |
