tiagra can use 30t without changing RD... the usual short cage can use... the top pulley is quite close to the largest cog from what i notice... but no rubbing and stuff...

what kind of wheel can fit in 22s cassette?

Where do you recommend to cycle around in KL? I've not cycle for the past 10 years or more. So I really don't know where will give my a good cycling path to practice. I've only been to Titiwangsa Lake for the past 2 weekend. I've just got myself a foldie.

join some folding bike or bike shop...

vans urban cycle cycles around town often...safer to follow them,..

or ah pek bike if you google them up
